Refund Policy Returns Policy

As an educational content and entertainment platform we do, in general, not offer any refunds.

Please note: The following conditions for any refunds must meet the following criteria:

Refund for purchased single courses is only valid if the course is still marked as ‘not started’. The users activity for the course in question must show 0 progress. There are no refunds for monthly memberships already charged to the members payment method. But you may cancel your subscription at any time. And no further charges will be made.

A Request Refund Process

To request refund for a purchase, visit with your Order Number and refund reason and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.


After receiving your request for refund, we will review your account and accessed material, and, if accepted, process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed.
